Yunda Headquarters and Production R & D Base

Yunda Technology mainly provides driving simulation and training products and research and development services for China's high-speed rail industry. Its product line is closely related to the rapid development of China's high-speed rail. In the early stage of in-depth communication with the clients, they hope that the new industrial park will focus on highlighting a sense of technology and showcasing its characteristics related to the high-speed rail industry in an explicit way. Therefore, inspired by the concept of "the next station leads to the future", we effectively organize multiple functional areas within the park, including headquarters office, exhibition, research and development, production, and living. The planning and layout echo the "starting point from the center and driving outwards" approach, and the architectural form and appearance echo the dynamics of high-speed rail trains. The design showcases an efficient and unique industrial park style. The internal geographic center of the park ultimately serves as the location for the employee neighborhood center, with a moderate distance from all functional spaces for office, research and development, production, and accommodation. Therefore, we have endowed it with more leisure functions in our design, and in terms of image design, it is more extroverted and attractive, allowing all employees to relax as soon as they enter, becoming the center of full vitality in the park. Scientific planning and handling of site content make the park sustainable. Firstly, the placement relationship of each function solves the efficient transportation connection between each other, improving efficiency. Secondly, a semi enclosed courtyard is formed between the buildings, which is combined with the first elevated floor to create a comfortable microclimate environment. Furthermore, the water landscape located in the center of the park is not only the core of the landscape within the park, but also a regulator of the internal light environment and temperature.
