The owners, a newly married couple, want the space to be white. The designer used "wool warm white" as the base, and added wood grain tones to echo the original dark flooring. The curved ceiling softens the lines of the space while maintaining plenty of storage space. The smoothness of the curved shape makes the space brighter, more comfortable, and with a sense of design, showing the consideration of details and choice of materials, as well as brilliantly presenting a simple and bright home.
One of the highlights is the multi-functional storage plan. In the master bedroom, the designer connected the closet and dressing table. In the area near the toilet, the cabinet is designed with a slanting arc to avoid oppression and provide ample side storage space. The makeup mirror is designed to be mobile and can be stored away when not in use, ensuring flexibility in space utilization and Feng-Shui considerations.
The designer skillfully used the wool warm white and wood grain to shape a warm and unified look. Gray is used for the ceiling, while warm colors are used for the cabinets. This combination makes the whole space more visually balanced. The designer paid extra attention to the interaction between natural light and artificial light. Through the three-dimensional and curved design of the paint, the natural light presents a rich layer at different times of the day. Even without turning on the lights, the interaction between the paint and the light can be shown, creating a natural and comfortable living atmosphere.
