MCS21 is an intelligent live cell imaging monitoring system that can be used for automated fluorescence or phase-contrast imaging within an incubator, enabling long-term dynamic monitoring and analysis of live cells. The product is equipped with LED light source modules, objective modules, and camera modules. It creatively combines fluorescence modules and electric control technology, allowing users to remotely monitor cell culture progress and fluorescence transfection without entering a cleanroom or opening the incubator. This significantly simplifies the workflow, improves efficiency, and avoids the risk of infection and sample contamination. Additionally, MCS21 innovatively uses red LED as the phase-contrast light source to reduce the impact of phototoxicity on the growth of live cell samples.
MCS21 utilizes a built-in WiFi high-speed microscope camera to ensure smooth and real-time imaging. The software can run on remote Windows computers, providing gerneral functions such as cell confluence analysis, automatic cell counting, and time-lapse imaging. This greatly simplifies the workflow of cell culture, and enhances the efficiency of laboratory personnel, allowing them to dedicate more time and energy to analysis, diagnosis, or research work. The product also strengthens the safety of contamination-free culture observation, reducing the risk of important cell samples being contaminated.
MCS21 incorporates Mshot’s technological accumulation in the fields of fluorescence microscopy and fluorescence light sources, achieving a new level of integration and miniaturization. It is one of the few products on the market that can simultaneously provide phase-contrast imaging and fluorescence imaging, meeting a wider range of user application needs. The dual-channel light source and integrated excitation block design allow simultaneous observation of dual-color fluorescence without the need for switching, greatly improving work efficiency. Additionally, its compact size allows multiple units of the product to be used simultaneously in one incubator, meeting the needs of multiple experiments.
MCS21 adopts a frosted spray paint surface treatment to adapt to the compact, sealed, high-humidity, and human temperature environment of the incubator, avoiding excessive smoothness on the surface that may cause too much glare and affect imaging quality.
