ANTA’s first long-chain high-polymer micro-structure “Breeze LEA” technology fabric addresses poor breathability of traditional synthetic leather, aiming to provide users with a comfortable and pleasant wearing experience.
ANTA “Breeze LEA” technology fabric adopts a three-layer structure: the outer layer uses resin with surface modifying agents added, resulting in a microporous structure to promote air circulation; the middle adhesive layer adopts hydrophilic resin to make possible the moisture exchange between the inside and outside; the inner layer features an increased percentage of PE to improve the porosity and pore size, thus effectively enhancing the breathable performance. Such a design, by utilizing the temperature difference between the two sides of the fabric, drains moisture from the high-temperature, high-humidity side into the low-temperature, low-humidity side, which forms an effective air circulation system. In this way, the moisture permeability of the product elevates by 125%, offering an ideal choice for consumers who pursue a premium wearing experience.
Thanks to its excellent breathability, this fabric is applicable to multiple fields including shoe uppers, home textiles and clothing, which can help to build the brand DNA for improved brand recognition. Its cross-field application further highlights “Breeze LEA” technology fabric as a pioneer leading the development of materials science.
Additionally, 50% of the fabric is made of recycled nylon, reflecting the ANTA’s commitment to environmental protection.
