Situated at the core of Shenzhen's "Qianhai Center," the project leverages its unique geographical advantages to become a central hub within the "one-hour transportation circle" of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, showcasing the transportation and geographical allure of the Pearl River Delta. Facing challenges in land use, high-rise efficiency, and residential activity spaces, the design is anchored by the concept of "multi-layered spatial experience." Innovative architectural techniques such as volume cutting, displacement, and cantilevering are employed to create a four-tier public space consisting of street-level arcades, landscape courtyards, open-air activity zones, and rooftop social platforms, along with sky gardens within the tower, achieving a perfect blend of high practicality and artistry. The architectural design not only focuses on practicality but also pursues artistry and innovation. With ingenious spatial arrangement and form design, it creates a unique visual impact and spatial experience, transforming the building itself into a work of art. The project also fully considers cost control in its design, achieving a balance between economic efficiency and aesthetic appeal. As a landmark residential community in Shenzhen's Qianhai Cooperation Zone, the design starts from an urban perspective, aiming to create an iconic building that showcases the city's image. By coordinating with the surrounding urban space and making full use of landscape resources, it creates multi-layered urban public spaces, providing residents with a future-oriented, experiential, and composite living space, and exploring the potential of architecture in expanding urban public spaces and enhancing the city's overall appearance. Ultimately, the project designs a sustainable residential community that integrates with the city and coexists harmoniously with nature, offering residents a variety of life experiences, and setting a benchmark for a highly functional, artistic, and innovative living space in future cities.
