"Resurrection" Night at the Museum of Natural History

It is a augmented reality (AR) exhibition application that uses spatial computing and AR technology to "resurrect" specimens, allowing visitors to not only experience the environments in which different species live in the museum, but also experience the stories of species' survival and display habitat. The different characteristics of the species are based on the design concept of "storytelling" and three chapters are set up. The Balaenoptera physalus theme is "Looking for the heavy giants in the depths of the world"; the Lipotes vexillifer theme is "Exploring the disappeared goddess of the Yangtze River"; the Mammuthus theme is "Take you to explore the giant beasts of the Ice Age" combines creative narrative techniques, interactive AR environments, unique effects, and first-person pseudo-visual voiceovers to establish an emotional connection with visitors through popular science and openness. Using narrative techniques, experiencers can not only observe the survival characteristics of species, but also actively participate in interactions with "resurrected" species.
