The maison between arc and silence

On a tranquil afternoon, sunlight filters through, and six cats lazily patrol the corners, seemingly very fond of lying on the warm floor. Watching them, my thoughts gradually settle, and I enjoy the interplay of stillness and movement in the space.

The design deconstructs the original framework, intentionally blurring the lines of movement. An arched spatial screen transitions the areas, releasing a sense of fluidity in the public domain. Leveraging the building's 12-meter balcony and the northwest-facing afternoon sun, the corridor is moved to the edge of the floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing light and greenery to extend into the bedroom, adding a touch of comfort.

We don't deliberately pursue luxury, nor do we restrict the activities of people and cats. Through thoughtful design, we provide every family member with comfort in their daily lives. Layer upon layer of emotions shape a calm and serene atmosphere, creating a beautiful living space shared with the cats.
