As the cultural window of Linqing City, the Linqing Service Area is divided into two sections, north and south. The design reflects the local humanistic characteristics and historical cultural atmosphere. The south section highlights city walls, while the north section features a painting boat as its main theme, showcasing the unique characteristics of Linqing City.

Aotouji and Chaoguan are landmark buildings along the Grand Canal in Linqing. The architectural design of the north section's comprehensive building extracts the cultural characteristics of ancient local buildings with blue bricks and gray tiles, inheriting and promoting Linqing's rich humanistic heritage and profound historical context.

The comprehensive building in the south section features a painting boat as its main theme. The lower floors use Linqing's characteristic gray bricks, while the walls and columns display an array of "tribute brick cultural walls," serving as a showcase for local cultural elements. Combined with dry fountains and "tribute brick" pavements, the design highlights the urban characteristics of Linqing Canal Ancient City while ensuring easy maintenance.
