The packaging for ZANG QUAN QING KE BEER is committed to showing unique regional characteristics in Xizang. The brand name design on the packaging cleverly incorporates the elements derived from the local written language, while the designer has also ingeniously integrated Xizang’s natural landscape, local resources and typical colors into the packaging, aiming to immerse consumers in the purity and mystery of the snowy plateau through both of visual and tactile stimulation.

The white label round the bottle neck depicts the outline of the Himalayas, which, combined with the dark bottle, is reminiscent the magnificent scene of the snow-buried Himalayas, not only suggesting the origin of the beer, but also achieving a unique visual aesthetic; as for the bottle body, the relief vividly reproduces the natural scene of Chiru roaming in fields of Qingke (highland barley), and the soft, graceful division line brings to mind rippling lake water. These features offer a rich visual experience, and highlight the pure, vibrant Qingke as the core ingredient of the beer. Additionally, the overall packaging is designed with the local woodblock print style, exuding strong ethnic, regional and traditional charm.

Packaging illustrations are an important window to display product culture. The illustration of the packaging, incorporating Xizang’s typical natural elements including snowfinches, Qingke, lake water, etc., utilizes delicate brushwork and varied colors to show the rich ecological environment of Xizang. In terms of color selection, purplish blue as the main color is a symbol of the deep, blue sky over the snowy plateau; white represents the holiness and purity of snowy mountains; golden color symbolizes the splendid, gorgeous view of Rizhao Jinshan (golden sun lights showering down on the snowy mountains). These colors, upscale and elegant, further embody the profound cultural significance and regional characteristics of the product.
