The project is situated in Dalian, a romantic coastal metropolis, with one side nestled against the mountains and two sides embracing the sea, sharing the rhythm of the tides; The landscape, as an extension of the coast, draws the sea into the garden. The landscape design is narrated by the storyline "Sea Charm, Morning Breeze, Journey to the Realm", integrating marine elements and features throughout the site, sustaining the public's yearning for mountains and seas, and crafting a unique natural sanctuary and vacation experience exclusive to Dalian's urban landscape.
The main entrance court offers a hotel feel ceremonial experience for returning home.Three water courtyards form the entrance axis, featuring a 200-square-meter water display that exudes prestige and quality. The atrium water feature is bedded with colored glazed stones and edged with rose gold stainless steel, elegant yet grand. The cascading water features in the Etiquette Water Courtyard exude an indescribable aura, with Verde Alpi marble that are splendid yet understated, aligning with Dalian's character and transmitting a profound sense of spatial refinement. The serene water surface, combined with the leaping fountain, creates a dynamic interplay between the tangible and the intangible. The water courtyard is equipped with sunken booth, cantilevered platforms, and warm pavilions, diversifying the viewing and experiencing spaces. The Warm Pavilion, a semi-transparent and semi-enclosed space, is preceded by a "water curtain" that murmurs softly up close, crafting a hazy beauty that enlivens the otherwise serene space.
