Royal Peak One

The clients are a couple born after the 1990s and work in the Internet industry, belonging to the urban elite group. The young couple also has two pet dogs and loves life, nature, unique taste, and pursuit of home comfort and nature. After receiving the entrustment, the designer combined the clients' demands with the objective conditions of the project to establish a poetic, natural, warm and comfortable space tone.



The clients are a dynamic young couple from the 1990s, joined by two beloved pet dogs. They cherish life, possess a unique aesthetic, and aspire for a home that exudes comfort and harmony with nature. Upon receiving the commission, the designer carefully considered the homeowners' preferences and the project's specific conditions, ultimately establishing a spatial foundation that exudes a poetic naturalism, warmth, and comfort.



During the design process, this project encountered two major challenges:

First, the creation of the entrance landscape. In building a closed entrance landscape, the designer elevated the ceiling design by 15cm to create a more three-dimensional and transparent effect. The installation of the glass posed a significant challenge. The design team first stabilized the glass on both sides, and then the third piece of glass was slowly and precisely installed using a clever suction cup and manual lifting method, ensuring the overall aesthetic appeal.



Second, the innovative design of the 6.5-meter ultra-large fully automatic lifting window. To meet the client's unique needs for the balcony, we abandoned the traditional broken bridge window design and proposed a "6.5-meter ultra-large fully automatic lifting window" solution. This design not only ensures an unobstructed view and smooth ventilation, but also seamlessly integrates the balcony with the living room. During the installation process, over 20 professionals were mobilized, utilizing various professional machinery to ensure the precise installation and stable operation of the window.
