Located in the central district of Meilan District, Haikou City, the project integrates local cultural characteristics and geographical environment with modern architectural techniques, creating a boundaryless and integrated living environment where architecture and nature interpenetrate.
The tower design features varying heights, emphasizing harmonious relationships within the urban landscape;
A landscape axis runs east to west, connecting the drop-off plaza with the ecological central landscape garden, forming a multi-layered city garden living experience;
The unit layouts ensure north-south through-ventilation, are regularly shaped and functional, meeting the demand for maximizing the use of landscape orientations to enhance health and comfort.
The facade design employs light tones, utilizing the texture of diverse materials to blend natural landscapes subtly with the buildings, fostering a "modern vacation" ambiance of relaxed ease.
