Binjiang Mansion

The project is located in Xiangyang, Hubei Province, China, covering an area of approximately 22 acres with a building area of 70,000 square meters, consisting of four buildings that were constructed by an integrated development and delivery approach. The facade design of the community uses a public architecture style, echoing the modern architectural style of the riverside, offering panoramic river views, and leading the pure luxury residential living experience in Xiangyang. Through carefully designed high and low staggered building layouts, we shape a smooth city skyline contour, ensuring that every resident can enjoy expansive river views, achieving a harmonious unity of spatial aesthetics and functionality.

The overall facade design of the project draws inspiration from the majestic Yangtze River in Xiangyang, with the concept of “The river flows beyond the world” from traditional Chinese poetry, symbolizing a profound dialogue between architecture and the river, reflecting the harmonious unity of humans and nature, buildings and the environment. The designer wisely adopts the flowing form of the river, giving the architecture a dynamic beauty as if naturally growing from the river surface; the building facade is outlined with warm and elegant lines, akin to the delicate brushstrokes in ink paintings, blending the reserved nature of Eastern aesthetics with modern fashion elements. These lines not only beautify the appearance but also visually guide the “flow” of the building, echoing the theme; the entire building uses panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, like crystal frames embedded in the walls, capturing the river and sky. This design optimizes lighting and space, allowing each household to enjoy endless river views, realizing the vision of poetic habitation.
