Based on in-depth research on current and future young lifestyles, our design team has developed strategies that cater to user needs. We have focused on scenario-based, customized, social, interest-oriented, and intelligent design approaches to seamlessly integrate hotel-style TOD living experiences. Our goal is to create personalized and exclusive home spaces that serve as a model for a happy life.

The dining and living room, as the core space for intimate family moments, prioritizes the safety and natural development of children. We have carefully selected soft and adorable rounded furniture pieces to minimize potential collisions and create a secure and engaging interactive environment.

The balcony design caters to adults, providing a relaxing and leisure corner for activities such as enjoying the view or engaging in artistic pursuits.

We have infused design details into everyday life. The efficient use of an openable kitchen meets the demands of family caregiving within limited space, embodying the philosophy of "limited space, unlimited living." The dining area maintains a light and gentle ambiance, ensuring a harmonious and unified space.

While respecting the original spatial layout, we have cleverly utilized bay windows to expand the children's room, achieving elegant expansion and efficient utilization of space.

In the master bedroom, we have created a private retreat where residents can temporarily detach from external roles and indulge in personal preferences. The integration of a water bar function within the wardrobe design, along with a cozy bay window, offers a space for relaxation and leisure.

The design takes into consideration the characteristics and needs of each family member, including special care for the elderly room. The room exudes a calm and profound atmosphere that aligns with the aesthetics of the elderly, while providing thoughtful additions such as a study desk and storage space, creating a unique sanctuary that fulfills their spiritual and organizational needs.
