The project is located at the intersection of Tianfu Avenue and Xintong Avenue in the Gaoxin District of Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, adjacent to the city's main streets. We combined the landscape resources of the linear ecological belt and superimposed the dual interfaces of the southern and western sides of the site to design the longest demonstration display surface. The overall design concept takes carved jade as the design origin, and adopts three courtyards and four halls to construct the overall planning spatial relationship, so that the demonstration area becomes a hidden and fascinating pearl on the ecological belt. Under the condition of limited space, we introduce three sunken courtyards to expand the scope of use and enrich the space. The "three courtyards" have their own characteristics, and through the pools, waterfalls, gardens, corridors, sculptures and other elements, they bring a fresh ecological and natural feeling from the sight, touch, hearing, smell and other senses; the "four halls" are each carrying the reception, waterfalls, garden, corridor and sculpture. The "four halls" each carry the functions of reception, exhibition, clubhouse, tea cafe, private banquet, swimming and fitness, etc., so that the residents can freely roam and walk around indoors, gray space and outdoors, creating a flowing and interesting spatial experience. The building façade uses dark green marble, thermal marble, granite and other materials as the main material, supplemented by stainless steel and aluminum plate for detail line design; in the decorative patterns, columns, lamps, doorknobs, logos and other details embedded in the design of the dark green luxury stone, reflecting the construction and craftsmanship, from the whole to the details to highlight the concept of "Jade Stone". The concept of "jade" is emphasized from the whole to the details.
