Nantong Daoda Yuanrui Urban Exhibition Hall

The Nantong Daoda Yuanrui Urban Exhibition Hall is a real estate sales space located in Nantong, China. The design inspiration for the project comes from the night scenery of Nantong, aiming to artistically interpret within the space the scene of the city illuminated by the twinkling lights of dusk, creating a unique and everlasting symphony.

To downplay the commercial atmosphere of the real estate project, the design team incorporated a hotel-style executive lounge ambiance into the construction of the space, fostering a relatively relaxed, refined, and warm atmosphere. The interior space is crafted using Bulgari green combined with antique bronze metal, with understated and reserved colors colliding with dramatic decorative details, delivering an ultimate visual experience. The Nantong Daoda Yuanrui Urban Exhibition Hall covers a total area of 1200 square meters. In terms of planning, through a rational arrangement of circulation, public functional areas such as the reception hall, water bar area, negotiation area, and sand table area are located on the first floor, while the second floor is mainly dedicated to office areas and VIP lounges, thereby ensuring the independence and privacy of this area.
