THINKTOOL 399 is a new smart tablet device used for vehicle diagnosis. It is efficient, convenient, and accurate. It can quickly obtain and analyze vehicle fault information, thus making accurate fault diagnosis, and possesses industry-leading basic diagnostic capabilities for all vehicle models. The tablet design offers users a lightweight and convenient experience. The device body features the industry's first anodized titanium alloy middle frame design in the automotive diagnostic field, making it thin, sturdy , fashionable, and industrial.

Unlike the stereotypical bulky appearance of similar products, it visually highlights the industry-leading ultra-thin device concept. It adopts a high-quality titanium alloy shell as the upper cover, making the product lighter, sturdier, and more technologically advanced and fashionable. The back uses an ocher tone with diagonal groove textures, effectively preventing slipping while making the device more solid and stable. The foot ring incorporates a stellar design element, adding a sense of mystery and science fiction.

It takes the lead in introducing a large automotive diagnostic AI model in the industry. Through AI technology, it provides diagnostic suggestions to users, making complex automotive diagnostic work simpler. It supports smart connection of multiple devices, enabling functions such as RTC dual diagnosis, VCI screen sharing, and expandable modules. It can diagnose two vehicles simultaneously, realizing collaborative work of multiple functions and applications, doubling diagnostic efficiency. It adopts a new TCOS operating system, supports split-screen display of applications, and features a flat UI design for simpler operation.

The TPU soft rubber sleeve design on both sides of THINKTOOL 399 ensures a comfortable grip while reducing the thickness of the host. It can effectively absorb the kinetic energy generated when the product falls. It has passed rigorous reliability tests such as high and low temperature, thermal shock environmental tests, and repeated drop tests. It possesses anti-vibration, anti-drop, and wide operating temperature range characteristics, enabling stable operation in various harsh environments and providing users with timely, accurate, and reliable intelligent diagnosis support.
