Xiyue East Coast Mansion, Haikou

The project is located in Jiangdong New District, Haikou, Hainan, covering a landscape area of 38,000 square meters. With convenient traffic, complete educational facilities and adjacent to Maiya Wetland Park, it offers residents an ideal living environment.

The design incorporates three natural elements: waves, wetlands and green islands, creating the impression that the building floats within the natural scenery. The entrance features a green island design that visually flows from the center to the edges, forming a fascinating visual highlight and subtly guiding the pedestrian flow. A variety of functional spaces are integrated into this site, enriching the spatial experience with smooth transitions and layered aesthetics. The design approach facilitates a transition from the refined, stable exterior to the natural coastal interior. The design adopts a pure integrated language to create an iconic representation of the new Jiangdong District in Haikou, leaving a distinctive mark of Hainan.
