Shougang Guangchen Mansion, Guizhou

The project covers an area of approximately 9,600 square meters and is designed to provide a recreational space for surrounding communities, enhancing the sense of belonging and the value of the site.

Located adjacent to the Paotaishan Park to the south, the design draws inspiration from the forest, integrating natural elements into the site. Adopting techniques from forest-themed hotels, it creates a poetic, modern garden-style community within the urban environment. The layout features intersecting circles of various sizes, connected by curves, and includes four distinct scenes: Light-Seeking in the Forest, Sunlit Gathering, Water Return, and Mountain Leap. These scenes infuse the essence of nature into the neighboring residential communities, artistically reinterpreting and strengthening social connections. The project offers a refined, nature-inspired living experience similar to a luxury hotel, creating an artistic and high-quality shared living environment within the park.
