CLOUD MANSION'S SERVICE CENTER

Drawing on the concept of "rediscovering the hustle and bustle," this design project integrates the idea of an all-age-friendly community café, blending space with the neighborhood's communal life, and incorporating this synergy into the overall design philosophy.
Transitioning from living spaces to vibrant communities, from individual neighborhoods to interconnected social fabric, space is no longer an isolated entity. Instead, it extends an open invitation to surrounding residents, erasing boundaries and fostering genuine connections through dialogue and interaction.
This project envisions a boundless social living arena, a breathable urban living hub. The design employs the concept of "One Box, Two Arenas"—a neighborhood box, a district gathering space, and a vibrant activity arena. This framework seamlessly integrates a variety of settings, including cultural creation and floral art, coffee and handicrafts, as well as outdoor and discussion areas, offering a multifaceted experience.
By constructing colorful experiences and personalized services across different dimensions, the project forms an experiential and scenographic public social venue for a fulfilling life.
To create a seamless and inclusive community gathering space, the design breaks down walls in the coffee discussion area, naturally connecting the indoor space with the outdoor street plaza. This approach transforms the space from an enclosed, introspective box into a relaxed, interactive environment, fostering a laid-back leisure experience.
