Century-old architectural elements are seamlessly continued in the design, ensuring that period-appropriate furniture and exhibits maintain uniformity and uniqueness. This approach not only creates a historical ambiance but also harmoniously integrates classical aesthetics, providing a cohesive continuity between the interior and exterior spaces. The overall environment is characterized by clean elegance, refined sophistication, and alignment with campus aesthetics. The design achieves a delicate and refined portrayal, faithfully recreating the rich atmosphere of China's new era.
The original intention behind the design of the campus history museum is to comprehensively consider the restoration of historical facts and the inherent beauty of the architecture. It aims to present artifacts in an authentic spatial context, employing artistic design techniques scientifically, innovating in conceptual ideas, and pursuing distinctive cultural themes.
To preserve the authenticity of the historical architecture, the team designs with minimal alterations to the original structure, creating a self-contained exhibition space. They employ independent display walls and showcase systems, utilizing an integrated design approach that combines content display, lighting, and interactive elements. This approach maximizes the retention of the original architectural charm, enhancing the renovated exhibition space to achieve a visually clear, dignified, and grand atmosphere.
