Starting from the unique landscape texture of Taizhou, we have explored its residential characteristics, focusing on the city's water veins as a central theme. Our aim is to create Taizhou's first urban island garden, meeting the high standards of coastal urban residences. We aspire to offer residents a new coastal resort lifestyle, integrating hotel-like qualities and a vacation ambiance into the landscape design. By combining these elements with high-quality functional features, we strive to create a luxurious and comfortable living experience.



The entire site is governed by a modern style, connecting different zones through water systems and green belts, avoiding the use of rigid landscapes that would fragment the space. By utilizing a unique selection and combination of plant species, we aim to create soft transitions, ensuring harmony between the architecture and the landscape.



In the landscape design, we extracted the elements and details of the building façade and applied them to the elements of the landscape such as corridors, view walls, stairways, flower pools and water features. We aim for a balance between a relaxed resort atmosphere and an elegant, luxurious quality.



In material selection and construction techniques, we emphasize the display of luxurious quality. The planting approach for trees and hedges within the site is twice that of similar residential projects, reflecting the opulence of nature. We have designed a multi-layered homecoming space, ensuring that functionality is subtly integrated beneath the overall ambiance.



In conclusion, this urban island garden is not only a tribute to Taizhou's unique landscape culture but also a new exploration of future high-end residential models.
