Landscape Design of Tus-Design Headquarters Building

The Tus-Design Headquarters Building is located in the Jinji Lake Business District of SIP(Suzhou Industrial Park) in Suzhou,China, with a construction area of 15,680 square meters. The design adheres to the concept of "people-oriented, harmoniously integrated with the city, accessible, functional, scenic, low-carbon, ecological, and healthily sustainable," striving to create a design vision where "a building embodies a scenic garden". The design simulates nature to achieve a distinctive and unique scene in each space, which is inspired by the essence of Suzhou Gardens. The design ingeniously utilizes the distinct spatial characteristics of the ground level, podium roof gardens, and sunken courtyard, so as to plan functional areas according to local conditions. Natural elements such as water, stones, sand and terrain changes are used to create distinctive and differentiated landscape scenes. Permeable materials and rain garden techniques are extensively applied in various spaces to maximize the implementation of urban water-sensitive design.
