Sunshine Holiday Garden

Sunshine Holiday Garden, as a private residence project that embodies the client's high standards for living quality, faces comprehensive design challenges and innovations. The original architectural style and interior spatial layout failed to meet the client's pursuit of modern aesthetic living. Therefore, Designer Hua Wei was entrusted with the critical task of conducting an overall redesign and renovation, encompassing the architectural form, interior layout, and landscaping plan. The client's deep affection for Italian modern style, along with their unwavering pursuit of Italian-imported home furnishings and building materials, set a clear tone and direction for this design project.



Reconstruction of Interior Space: In the layout of interior spaces, emphasis is placed on the sense of openness and the utilization of vaulted ceilings, breaking free from the constraints of traditional spaces to create a more transparent and seamless living experience. The open design concept runs through the entire design, with different functional areas skillfully separated and connected to maintain independence while enabling interactivity. Additionally, the designer ingeniously employs a variety of material door panels and storage spaces, satisfying practical needs while enhancing the layered effect of the space.



Interpretation of Light and Shadow Art: Light, as a crucial element in design, is accorded a paramount status. Through structural reorganization and meticulous light guiding, the designer intertwines natural and artificial light sources within the space, creating a rich interplay of light and shadow effects. Light serves not only as a practical illumination tool but also as an emotional conduit, engaging in a dialogue with the inhabitants' souls, infusing the space with life and warmth, and allowing people to savor the beauty of life amidst tranquility and happiness.



Harmony of Colors: The selection of deep hues adds a layer of reserve and composure to the space, while the interplay with white hues, reminiscent of morning mist, fosters a serene and elegant ambiance. This color scheme not only imparts a sense of depth and layering to the space but also imparts to the inhabitants a feeling of detachment and tranquility.
