Creating a new type of cultural and experiential space that blends contemporary artistic elements with subtle Eastern sentiments, focusing on both sales and a retreat into nature, simplicity, and cultural heritage. The design employs architectural thinking to shape spatial relationships, using these relationships to organize human emotions and enhance the continuity and layering of the space, achieving a non-synchronous Eastern aesthetic. The layout follows a garden-like flow that runs throughout the entire sales office space. Taking the osmanthus flower, the emblem of Suzhou, as the prototype, the design evolves into a tree-shaped art installation for the negotiation area. Beneath the tree, enjoy tea while subtle fragrances drift around, creating a delightful and harmonious atmosphere. The art wall behind the water bar aligns with the original floor's water ripple effect, creating a dynamic wall that sways with the breeze. Any airflow or passing pedestrians will cause subtle movements in the wall. Reimagining the rhythm of Eastern culture through a contemporary lens, we move beyond overt Eastern symbols, instead crafting an intangible atmosphere that reveals the essence of emotion, experience, and spirit. By infusing our daily lives with elements of Eastern aesthetics and artistic vitality, we add cultural attributes to every scene.
