Serene Sanctuary

Beyond a busy agenda, you drive your family deep into the woods. There is a pristine residence with a fair-faced concrete façade. A tranquil and subtle communal venue comprises spacious private suites, presenting a serene sanctuary. With family and friends’ company, it is relishing relaxing on the terrace.
As a gathering venue and a vacation home for several homeowners, the project was the refurbishment of an old two-story house and transformed into a three-story private club. Here, the spacious interior accommodates more guests, and the expanded-sized windows allow abundant natural light and fresh smell from surrounding Florin trees to penetrate the house. It accomplishes an airy resort residence in coziness.
The façade’s fair-faced concrete coating reveals a pristine look; the main entrance, in extended height, comprised of rust-textured slabs, imperceptibly features a distinctive accent that catches everybody’s eye. Monochromatic color palettes and natural wood tones render a grand hotel vibe in the communal space. On the other hand, dynamic coloring and furnishings work harmoniously with elegant wall paint, wood tones, and curved shapes that settle personalized, cozy private rooms.
The designer precisely configured each suite of equal size and developed the concept of "a calming, relaxing space as a sanctuary" for the project. Complied with a refurbishing plan, an open space without a load-bearing wall contributes to each room's expanded terraces and window seats by setting back partition walls. The visitors may immerse themselves in the magnificent nature and freshness of the hills.
The designer applied eco-friendly latex paint, mineral wall coating, modular furniture without wood dust, and calcium silicate of low formaldehyde to finish this healthy and non-toxic vacation home. Furthermore, barrier-free designs of all the moving paths and bathrooms are designated for most elderly visitors to keep their safety.
