This project is a boutique hotel located near the high-speed railway station in Yichun City, Jiangxi Province. The decoration design area is 2000 square meters. Targeting the travel and business communities, with a focus on younger themes. Functional amenities: 33 standard guest rooms, 1 presidential suite, 3 business rooms (with bathtub), 2 chess and card rooms (loft), 1 office (loft), 1 gym (loft), reception hall, breakfast room, luggage room, self-service laundry room, linen room. The total investment amount is 550W, and it is expected to be put into use in January 2025. This project is located in Yichun, Jiangxi, in a beautiful location around hot spring tourism. The affinity of people towards living is mainly based on wood color (WPC new composite material) and a refreshing white tone. At the same time, in order to change people's impression of the dull and monotonous wooden color stability, some transparent and brightly colored elements have been specially incorporated, such as glass bricks, black SPC stone plastic flooring (new composite material), and antique bronze metal (recyclable and reusable). The above materials are also very economical. In terms of experience, public spaces should establish some small micro landscape ecological environment concepts to achieve a more comfortable and natural indoor space environment. The overall design style follows the principles of ecological micro landscape creation and simple natural atmosphere, exploring the use of green, environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and efficient materials and technologies, reducing the pollution caused by selected materials in industrial production and recycling processes, and aiming to create a livable and comfortable indoor space environment.
