The project is located in Hunnan District, Shenyang. “With its unique positioning and design concept, Lianmei Xiyue is dedicated to providing residents with a hotel-like all-round living experience. From an international aesthetic perspective, the project skillfully integrates the unique poetic sentiment of the north into it, forming a unique architectural style and living atmosphere. The design emphasizes the three core concepts of “art, elegance and modernity”, aiming to create a living space with a sense of sophistication and quality. Through the clever use of space, material, color, light and shadow, the project has successfully shaped a living environment that is in line with international trends and full of regional characteristics, allowing residents to enjoy a high quality of life while also feeling the strong cultural heritage and artistic atmosphere. The design of D2-1 and D5-2 house types combines functionality and aesthetics of space, using high-quality materials with careful design to create a living space that is both practical and full of artistic atmosphere.
