China Construction Bright Scenery

The project involves the landscape design of the China Construction Bright Scenery Exhibition Area, situated on Beichen Road in Weiyang District, Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province. The landscape encompasses the ceremonial entrance, core Zen area, parking lot, and an eastern pocket park, covering a total area of 4,175 m2.

In this landscape design, the team aimed to create a refreshing and natural space that fosters an immersive courtyard experience, allowing residents to grow harmoniously with the forest over time for comfort and joy. The southern area integrates the main entrance with a boutique hotel-style drop-off, which enhances the homecoming ceremony and creates a warm atmosphere, while the eastern pocket park features a walking path surrounded by grouped plants and low ground cover, which forms a refined garden, complemented by landscaped marketing barriers to enhance visibility and engagement, ultimately creating an open park-like environment. In the internal core landscape area, the design embraces the concepts of “Four Waters Returning to the Hall” and “Wind and Rain Corridor” to express a contemporary longing for life. By employing a permeable and integrated approach, it creates a modern Zen courtyard that offers a nature-inspired exhibition space full of meaning.
