This project, a part of the "He" series of residential developments by the Fortune 500 company, Poly Developments and Holdings Group Co., Ltd., is situated along the Chaobai River, one of the five major rivers in China's Haihe River system. Drawing inspiration from the Chinese tradition of "the highest goodness is like water", residing by water embodies the finest aspirations of Chinese people for their homes.

Our interpretation of the "He" series residences embodies the "Doctrine of the Mean" in Chinese history and culture, as well as the interplay of diverse cultures. Integrated with its proximity to the natural river, the design inspiration of this project stems from these very elements.

In terms of community planning and design, it follows the urban fabric, boasts a favorable low plot ratio, and returns nature to daily life. Through the use of staggered, open-and-closed, and undulating design techniques, it maximizes residents' access to nature. With a maximum window width of 16.2 meters, it creates an IMAX-level boundless view, allowing the Chaobai River to unfold like a beautiful scroll of water and sky merging into one. Nature's charm inspires a desire for slower interactions, fostering a harmonious and warm neighborhood atmosphere filled with human touch.

The facade design emphasizes horizontal lines, enhancing the balance of the minimalist style. It is complemented by a warm champagne, light gray, and warm gray color palette, with a combination of materials such as stone, aluminum panels, and coatings. The large-scale overhanging eaves extend horizontally, resembling wings, imbuing the design with a touch of luxurious elegance.

The residential unit designs adhere to the principles of diversity and flexibility. At the core of the design lies the aspiration to enhance family interaction time, providing ample and unconstrained spaces for cherished family moments. Another notable feature is the richness of spatial layouts, offering multiple expandable areas for living, entertaining, solitude, and sharing, making life full of endless possibilities.
