This project is located within the famous Raohe Street Tourist Night Market in Taipei, Taiwan. The site is bordered by Songhe Street and the Keelung River to the north, while the bustling Raohe Street Night Market lies to the south. In contrast to the lively atmosphere of the night market, the northern side embraces the open views of the Keelung River and riverside scenery, creating a unique environment that balances both vibrancy and tranquility.

The building stands 15 stories tall with three underground levels. The first and second floors facing Raohe Street are designed as commercial spaces to blend with and extend the market's commercial vibe, while the remaining floors are dedicated to residential use. The southern view offers a sight of the famous Taipei 101, while the northern view showcases the renowned Yangmingshan mountain range. The residential entrance is planned on the quieter Songhe Street to the north, away from the hustle and bustle of the night market, offering a comfortable route home.

The building's exterior features white stone that horizontally outlines the balconies. Vertical grooves on the stone surface create arched wave patterns, echoing the flow of the river, while the white horizontal lines contrast with the gentle waters of the nearby river.

The design of the lobby on the first floor seeks to bring the imagery of the Keelung River's waves into the interior. A series of cascading metallic wave meshes, hung from the high ceiling, mimic the natural movement of water and serve as the main lighting fixture, creating a unique ceiling feature. The concept is for residents to feel a continuous connection to nature, transitioning from the riverside outdoors to the indoor environment.
