ORIENT POLY Residential Design

This project is situated in Sanshui New Town, Foshan City, overlooking the expansive and gentle lakeshore of Hexiang Lake's northern bank. Inspired by the elegance and beauty of "Lang" in "Langyue," symbolizing purity and elegance like jade, the design aims to showcase the essence of Eastern residential aesthetics through spatial arrangements. The project cleverly integrates the profound emotional and cultural symbolism of jade in Eastern culture, utilizing its warm texture and elegant demeanor to create a living environment that is both traditional and modern.



The interior design follows the concept of "subtle elegance," with the entrance serving as an artistic prelude, guiding visitors into an immersive space. Throughout the house, the 38-meter lake-view line facing southeast, coupled with full-length windows, seamlessly integrates the natural lake scenery into every corner, fostering a tranquil atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. Interplay of light and materials, the harmonious coexistence of warm wood, smooth jade, soft fabrics, among other elements, reveal the space's softness and serenity.



The centerpiece jade dining table in the dining room, with its unique texture and touch, acts as a focal point in the space, harmonizing with metal elements to showcase the charm of Eastern art and natural harmony. The integrated design of the living and dining areas with the kitchen is open and free, meeting modern lifestyle needs while preserving taste memories through the changing seasons.



The master bedroom features a simple yet elegant design, with the bed facing the lake view, allowing residents to feel as if they are immersed in nature, finding solace for the soul. Interior décor features carefully selected Armani CASA wallpapers and ZINC fabrics, complemented by the subtle blend of metal and stone, balancing strength and softness, showcasing an elegant and luxurious lifestyle.
