How might we create a multifunctional kitchen set that could prepare ingredients before cooking in several different ways, such as washing, cutting, or blending vegetables, fruits, or meat products. The category of my product is small electric kitchen appliances, such as powered hand tools that could improve on the functions and efficiency of a similar functional non powered ones. I would like to focus on how to create a set of tools that could be organized smoothly as one body, sharing the same design language, saving maximum space, but could be separated according to the need of the user. This set of tools introduces the theme of health and wellness by fostering easier cooking to introduce more people in cooking on a daily basis with healthy meals that they truly like. This multifunctional kitchen set is designed to address the need for efficiency and convenience in modern kitchens, where limited space and time constraints are common. By consolidating essential food preparation tools—such as washing, cutting, and blending—into a unified, modular design, this set streamlines the cooking process and minimizes clutter. Each tool in the set shares a cohesive design language, promoting a visually harmonious and space-saving solution that can be easily separated or reconfigured based on user needs. By simplifying food preparation, this kitchen set encourages healthier eating habits and easier preparation. The form of this project is designed to be different from conventional benders currently on the market. The contour of the belender vessel merges meticulously and seamlessly into the contour of the spout, each contour is designed to be tanget from each other. The design of the blender is in a relatively smaller size, satisfying the need of one user, thus it uses minimum material to make and packaging. The disticntiveness of the form of the product is mainly rendered by continuous curvatures that work together to shape the entire form of the product, which gives users a sense of elegance with simplicity at the same time.
