Infinite Life outlines a whole house customization plan for modern families, designed to fulfil the need for social interaction and adaptable living spaces while fostering a warm and charming home interior.
The design team focuses on the idea of 'home', prioritizing user needs. By moving beyond traditional space layouts and incorporating powder-coated open shelving and suspended glass laminates, the team creates a family library. This innovative approach enhances the multifunctionality of public spaces, transforming the living room into a personalized and practical area that encourages both social interaction and reading. It not only ensures a smoother flow throughout the space but also fosters an open and free atmosphere suited for contemporary families.
Infinite Life drew upon Jiangnan culture and natural elements, mirroring the understated earth tones from Liangzhu civilization, the elegance of West Lake lotus leaves, and the light and shadow interplay on traditional paper umbrellas. Through diverse material employments and a multi-layered design strategy, the project beautifully blends traditional and modern aesthetics while integrating natural and cultural elements, creating a harmonious visual effect. The warm dusk colour palette fosters an inviting atmosphere at home. Coupled with colour blocks of the same scheme, the design energizes the space not only visually but also effectively defines different functional areas.
The plates are constructed from natural ores and various inorganic materials that undergo purification, grinding, and homogeneous mixing processes. This not only guarantees safety and non-radioactive properties but also confers exceptional antibacterial qualities, fostering a healthy living environment. Additionally, the use of odourless, eco-friendly UV skin paint minimizes harmful emissions. The cabinet doors have anti-wrinkle, non-marking and anti-scratch self-repairing features, significantly reducing maintenance frequencies and extending the product's longevity.
