Echoes of Nature

Located near a technology park, the project site is surrounded by large commercial places with family-friendly leisure facilities and a unique urban linear park. Inspired by the sense of relaxation and the future residents' aspirations, the designer adopted the concept of "integrating the park into the city, painting with greenery as ink." They transformed the linear park into an ecological green wedge that extends to the sales centre, crafting a serene and elegant residential space in harmony with nature. This design perfectly fulfils the ideal vision of a life where "greenery greets you at your window, and a park is just right outside."



To highlight the property's proximity to the park, the two-story steel structure opens toward the lush greenery, featuring large glass facades that seamlessly connect both the interior and exterior views. The building's exterior appearance adopts irregular cut lines that extend along the park's edges, gently conforming to the natural contours of the lawn, creating an expansive vision of boundless coexistence with its surroundings.



The 1F of the building serves as a parking area and a welcoming entrance, fulfilling the basic functions of the reception centre. The main activity spaces, including meeting areas and bar services, are situated on the 2F. This elevated positioning allows visitors to enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of the park from indoors, offering a sense of openness and vastness. As visitors ascend the winding staircase, the spatial fluidity and visual guidance transform their perspective according to the change of height.



Breaking away from conventional ceiling designs, the designer extended the wooden flooring, typically used for the ground, upward to the ceiling of 2F, incorporating lawn elements. Through an interwoven arrangement, they created a visually interesting "inverted" effect. Stepping into this dreamlike, upside-down world symbolizes a disruption of traditional perceptions, inspiring new imaginations for life. It encourages people to flip their perspectives, exploring alternative ways of seeing the world and exploring different existence.
