As part of the "He Zi" Series, the Poly Chaoyang Hexu Project embodies a warm and serene architectural form, a natural and scenic garden space, and an elegant and luxurious indoor experience, crafting a new work of living aesthetics under the "He Zi"brand. In this residence, we are guided by the MAX principle of light, seamlessly integrating space, light and shadow, comfort, and storage artistry. From the integrated LDK (Living-Dining-Kitchen) design to the linked sliding door system linking the north-side kitchen and multi-functional room, every detail reflects our deep understanding of space and our commitment to quality. Here, home is not just a place to live, it is a manifestation of a lifestyle attitude. The design must not only showcase beauty and highlight the quality of the project but also be practical and user-friendly. Balancing aesthetics and functionality is one of the key challenges of the project. To address this challenge, we focus on three aspects: spatial layout, material selection, and detail handling. Double-sided storage cabinets in the foyer, a sideboard in the dining room, and a half-bathroom suite in the south-facing bedroom all enhance the comfort and practicality of the space.

Gemstone blue textured stone slabs in the living room, shadow wood decorative panels, leather-textured panels for cabinets, and luxury stone countertops all increase the quality and sophistication of the space, while also enhancing the project's memorability. Curved ceilings in the living room, integrated switch designs, honeycomb panels with linear bath heaters in the bathroom and kitchen, and circular air flush buttons for the toilet all create unique and distinctive details for the project. The project employs High-end customized shadow wood veneer, which are typically used in the interiors of luxury cars and yachts. The unique natural texture and luster of shadow wood complement materials such as stone slabs, natural stones, and leather, achieving a perfect blend and enhancing the value of the space.Apache Blue rock slabs, a key component of the living room decor, feature a striking gemstone blue color and a warm, natural stone texture, adding a refined and sophisticated tone to the space.
