Venice Villa

This project embodies a modern light-luxury style, seamlessly blending sophisticated design with the surrounding natural landscape. The living room features a striking accent wall and flooring made from large-format stone slabs, creating a harmonious connection with the scenic mountain view outside. To enhance functionality, the designer extended the kitchen countertop outdoors, integrating a lift-up window to transform the garden-facing area into a cozy café-like retreat. The challenging under-stair space was creatively converted into a dog resting area, complete with a charming house-shaped entrance that adds a touch of character.

On the first floor, the lounge is adorned with a “Classic Blue” theme, complemented by a stone-patterned flooring that exudes understated elegance. The study overlooks the mountains and features a custom-built window seat with warm wood cabinetry. The walls are painted in a soft green tone, immersing users in a natural, tranquil ambiance ideal for reading or contemplation.

The second-floor bathrooms incorporate darker-toned stone materials enhanced by subtle light accents, achieving a luxurious yet cohesive aesthetic. The master bedroom faces the balcony and is anchored by a textured feature wall, offering a serene yet refined retreat filled with natural light.

The staircase, designed with white marble tiles and bronze-gold handrails, strikes a perfect balance between simplicity and grandeur, serving as a visual centerpiece that ties the entire home together.
