Over 200 years ago, Guangzhou was the sole foreign trade port. The "mix and match style" resulting from the fusion of China and the West could be witnessed everywhere in this city. The culture and art nourished by the history of the Lingnan region and the overseas customs with highly exotic features were in the same area, complementing each other.

Fenghu Yujing is situated in a corner of the bustling city, backed by Tianlu Lake National Forest Park, known as Guangzhou's "east lung". As a mid-mountain mansion, it presents a perfect blend of brightness and splendor. This case is a five-storey villa, with three floors above ground and two underground floors, planning a multi-functional area for rest, reception and entertainment. The interpretation of the oriental mansion is rooted in the lifestyle and cultural heritage of the Lingnan impression, as well as the luxury and decorative aesthetics brought by Art Deco visual and sensory elements. Geometric line elements run through the ceiling, facade, space partition and staircase connecting the five floors of the villa. The design absorbs the noble luxury of Art Deco style, and cleverly integrates the elegance and delicacy of Lingnan culture, thus highly aligning the regional history with the modern living concept.

Art Deco, the classic representative of simple luxury art, descended upon the commercial capital with a history of thousands of years. The two styles collided and blended with each other until they finally reached harmony and balance, while maintaining proportion and precision.
