Kocotree Integrated Cap

Kocotree Integrated Cap is a children's warm cap suitable for various cold conditions. It is equipped with an innovative KK raw yarn system, making the yarn self-heating, antistatic, anti-pilling, and antibacterial. The aerospace-grade aerogel is processed through heat-melted fiber storage and blended into the fabric to develop innovative KK AIR velvet that can lock in temperature, making the raw yarn self-heating. The velvet absorbs and transforms the sunlight and human body-emitted far infrared rays into thermal energy, enhancing the light thermal storage by 5.7°C and the far-infrared heating by 2.2°C to provide constant warmth for children. In addition, this cap allows for moisture absorption to heat up, converting moisture into thermal energy and improving heat generation by 1.1°C. Three layers of thermal technologies keep children warm regardless of wet-cold southern winters or dry-cold northern winters.

The velvet incorporates ultra-fine and ultra-soft conductive threads, achieving an antistatic rating of ≤10HDT, which facilitates the rapid dissipation of static electricity generated by friction. Without the addition of functional chemical agents, this cap remains antibacterial even after 150 washes, ensuring the health and safety of children.
