China Haikou Xuefu Top Grade Project

Located in Haikou, adjacent to the middle school and the city park, the design proposes to hide the boundary, symbiosis and integration, and form a park + school space technique. Create the ideal place to live in a contemporary university.

The design concept of "Scholarly Forest, Mansion Garden" introduces traditional Chinese academy culture and conforms to the site conditions to build a harmonious environment between the university and nature.

The design refers to the spatial structure of Fengming Academy, adopts the specifications of the ritual sequence of the Five Courtyards, and maps the future life scenes of the university with the activities of the humanities and scholars of the college. It forms an overall spatial structure of two axes, four halls and six courtyards.

The entrance waterscape sculpture forms a hotel-style drop-off area around the island, and the door of the house is symmetrically arranged with podocarpus to create a sense of homecoming ceremony. Walk through the plum blossom logo screen into the black tree forest, and be in the landscape painting scroll of clouds and greenery.

Walking through the forest homecoming road connects different Zen gardens, among which Fengming Shuge is a landscape architecture interpreted by the standard design of traditional Chinese architecture on the top of the mountain, and the center of the garden is an open sunny lawn to provide multi-functional use scenes.

Use the dynamic and static zones to design exclusive children's activity spaces, and use fantasy planets and children's dream world as the story line to give happy childhood memories of playing, swimming, and enjoying.
