Quzhou Jidian Power Plant Front Area

In this project, architecture, landscape, and interior design were closely coordinated and developed simultaneously throughout the design process. The design team employed modern design techniques and innovative building materials, seamlessly incorporating the traditional Chinese design concept of Four “Waters Returning to the Hall”. The interior design maximized the use of landscape views through layered greenery, achieving the effect of “scenery available at every turn,” while also creating an internal ecological circulation akin to natural metabolism. The design makes efficient use of natural lighting, aligning with the global trend of low-carbon living, while reinterpreting the concept of “Heaven and Man in Harmony.”
The architecture and interior design of the entire park are deeply integrated with the natural landscape. The layered landscape design and micro-circulation system in the Administrative Service Center raise higher demands on the building’s structure, ventilation, and daylighting. The challenge of finding a balance between architecture and landscape, providing flexible functional spaces while naturally incorporating scenic views into the interiors, became a key highlight of the project.
