Erecting in Taihu, the project is the sales center of a residential property developed by Beijing Urban Construction Group. The interior design integrated the two spatial units on each floor into a whole, linked up the downstairs and upstairs, and created an art pavilion-like space.

The spatial pattern of the first floor is like a blooming rose. The ceiling features paper-like textures. It seems that layers of petals are freely growing, generating rhythm and a dramatic tension.

The property model display area, negotiation area and water bar are arranged around the loop-shaped circulation in an organic manner. All the functional areas don't interfere with each other, while realizing flexible and efficient spatial organization. The space is dominated by white hue, which is complemented by metal tabletop, wooden veneer and red velvet, thereby showcasing simplistic forms while enriching textures and the sense of layering of the space.

Walking upwards along the spiral staircase, visitors will step in a pure white world awash with light and shadows.

The walls beside the staircase are white and simplistic, highlighted by linear lights. The "art gallery" area features a minimalist white wall, which helps accentuate the displayed artworks. The white wall extends to a wood-color curved corridor, together dividing the space into VIP negotiation area, workspace and conference rooms. In this way, the utilization of space is maximized.

"To see a heaven in a wild flower". The project goes beyond the commercial functionality of the sales center. It interprets the aesthetic that belongs to daily life in a simplistic and poetic manner, by the creative utilization of textures, curves, light and shadows and art.
