ONE - Shanghai Office

ONE (OCEAN NETWORK EXPRESS) is the world's sixth largest provider of ocean transportation capacity. Its latest Shanghai office was created by Jinhan team, with the design goal of customizing a workplace with ONE brand style. Located on the 25th and 26th floors at the top of the Shanghai ONE EAST building, it covers an area of over 3,000 square meters, and sits on the first line of the Huangpu River with an excellent view and location.

Based on the in-depth analysis of ONE's business background, corporate culture, employee demands, and taking into account the actual building environment as well as the interior venues, a corresponding design strategy was formed. The Earth is composed of 71% ocean and 29% land, which is consistent with the area ratio of two-story space. Based on this, we created the ONE planet.

Ocean blue color on the 26th floor, land wood color on the 25th floor, and the beach image of staircase set up as a link between the upper and lower floors, create a strong internal link to visually guide the function.

Many elements of ONE's own attributes have been introduced, such as the containers in the elevator hall and entrance, the cruise ship-shaped island in the pantry bar, to further strengthen the uniqueness and exclusivity. It also combines the ONE's Go Green concept with the magenta color in the corporate VI, giving people a sense of health and warmth while also being full of vitality.

The layout strategy also ensures the optimal ratio of space utilization and comfort. Open offices, individual offices, workstations, meeting rooms and corresponding facilities are well thought out. Thanks to the open layout, interactive space is guaranteed while fully considering the composite use scenarios of it. The sliding door may be kept closed or open to cater for different demands in the future.
