ZEEKR Taikoo Shing Flagship Showroom

This is a breakthrough in the sustainable development direction of commercial space and a milestone for ZEEKR to expand into international markets. Project is located in Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong. Swire Properties has received numerous accolades for its sustainable development performance, as evidenced by its subsidiary Taikoo Place, which has been awarded a Gold rating under the LEED Community Certification Scheme, becoming the first and only property development project in Hong Kong to receive such certification.

Striving to meet the standards of green space throughout the entire project process，our design scheme revolves around minimum costs and maximum effects, and adopts an prefabricated construction method. To maximize the use of existing conditions and add localization elements of Hong Kong, we extracted elements from brand visual guidance and designed the "ZEEKR Energy Box", an eye catching energy orange box to present the spirit from ZEEKR. As we stand in the entry of the future and no limitations can stop our steps to explore more, "Stay Zero Stay Cool" is always the core concept of all the ZEEKR spaces.

This project received high praise from both the brand and owner, and we believe that the model of this project will be the benchmark of other overseas projects.
