Wohu Mountain South Residential Block (Block 86)

The project embraces the design philosophy of “embracing nature and enjoying mountain views,” leveraging the urban landscape resources of Taiping River and Wohu Mountain. Guided by the aesthetics of the East, it aims to create a century-long model of low-density residential living in Shijiazhuang.
In terms of planning, the project features group-level elevated spaces that draw natural scenery into the community, seamlessly connecting with the city’s green corridors and natural water resources. The site is divided by an east-west dense forest greenbelt into courtyard clusters and tiered villas, while the north-south axis is anchored by a community entrance lobby and a central plaza. This forms a coherent spatial structure integrating elevated outdoor areas, reception spaces, and living focal points, creating a dialogue between the community and the city.
Architecturally, the design takes inspiration from “layers of mountain ranges,” employing terraced balcony spaces to shape interactive, layered, and engaging building forms. The facades are crafted with precision-engineered full curtain walls, exemplifying a superior standard of residential quality.
The project introduces innovative elements, including the pioneering “elevated outdoor reception area on the ground floor” and the “naturally lit, ventilated sunshine garage.” By integrating sunken courtyards, it seamlessly blends above-ground and underground spaces, enriching spatial layering and fostering harmony with nature.
Dedicated to harmonious coexistence with the environment, the project draws vitality from flowing rivers and tranquil landscapes, illuminating the path to an ideal lifestyle while setting a new benchmark for human-centric living and cultural excellence.
