Wohu Mountain South Residential Block (Block 87)

This project adopts the "Ecological Green Valley" as its core design concept, aligning with the urban development strategy of integrating with the Taiping River area. It harmonizes with the area's future growth, leveraging its landscape resources to create a vibrant, interconnected community that is livable, dynamic, and health-oriented.
The design employs a landscape corridor planning structure, dividing the site into east and west clusters. It introduces the scenic resources of Wohu Mountain in a north-south orientation, forming a green valley corridor. In the east-west direction, it connects neighborhood clusters, lifestyle amenities, community squares, and urban parklands, establishing a seamless landscape walking system and a high-quality public activity hub.
The architectural design is both innovative and refined. The façade draws inspiration from the curvilinear elements of the Taiping River's "flowing waves," abstracting natural beauty into symbolic aesthetics that reflect the river’s shimmering legacy of a century-old civilization. The design combines rationality with elegance, shaping riverfront residences with striking forms. The façade employs an all-aluminum panel curtain wall system, demonstrating meticulous craftsmanship and highlighting the high-quality living standards of this riverside landmark.
A groundbreaking feature of the project is the creation of "Sky Living Rooms" within the residential public spaces. These elevated spaces offer diverse activity areas for residents, such as sunrise breakfast lounges, neighbor interaction halls, children’s play zones, tranquil study rooms, and coffee-tasting areas. This design takes the form of a "Ruyi," a traditional symbol of good fortune, showcasing the aesthetic beauty of an urban landmark.
With its unique planning, exceptional architectural quality, and innovative functional layout, this project redefines modern living possibilities, creating a benchmark residential community that integrates ecology, humanity, and vitality.
