The design of the KeenEdge suitcase is centered around three-dimensional geometric lines, inspired by the sense of lines in architectural art. The surface of the case is etched with fine striped textures, giving the product a strong visual impact while enhancing its scratch and wear resistance, making it more suitable for frequent travel use. Made from a high-strength PC material, the suitcase shell offers superior toughness, durability, and elasticity compared to traditional PP materials, while also providing an elegant, refined gloss. The main body of the telescopic handle is made from high-quality aluminum-magnesium alloy, making it a lighter weight. Additionally, the integration of magnesium significantly enhances the alloy's hardness, strength, and corrosion resistance.
In design, user safety and product lifespan are two crucial factors that we have taken into account. That is why we require the product passing numerous rigorous safety and durability tests. Taking the 20-inch case as an example, it was subjected to 5 hours in a -12°C environment with an internal load of 12.5kg, and remained undamaged. Even after three consecutive drops from a height of 90cm, neither the case nor the wheels showed any damage. The case endured 50 rolls in a drum and over 500 instances of suspended pulling, with the handle and body remaining intact. Even with an additional 7kg load and 8 hours of continuous travel over 32 kilometers, the wheels remained secure and stable.
The KeenEdge handle design takes user comfort and convenience into account. When fully extended, the handle reaches a height of approximately 104cm, with two adjustable levels to suit different users' heights, ensuring that most people can comfortably pull the suitcase. Whether for short trips or extended use, it ensures ease and comfort. The handle width of approximately 16cm strikes the perfect balance—not too wide to be cumbersome, and not too narrow to cause instability, offering a comfortable, ergonomic grip that makes every movement effortless and enjoyable.The suitcase is equipped with a high-quality TSA customs lock, significantly enhancing security and theft prevention, while ensuring smooth and convenient passage through security checks.
