Verdant Interlude

At the core of "Verdant Interlude" lies the vision of creating a romantic, French-inspired space that seamlessly merges opulent design with modern minimalism. Drawing inspiration from classic French architecture and impressionist styles, we explore the integration of maximalist elements while considering how they harmonize with a contemporary minimalist lifestyle. The resulting space achieves a refined and tranquil balance between French romanticism and the simplicity of modern design. In the design, we extensively used natural materials to bring rich texture and a refined sense of depth to the space. We aim to achieve the ideal balance through the layering of different materials. Design is always people-centered, especially in residential design. By understanding the homeowner's lifestyle and interests, we infuse the space with its own unique DNA. We hope the design language of the space remains cohesive while still carrying its own unique character. Throughout the design process, we envisioned repeatedly pressing the shutter button of a camera's viewfinder, capturing each frame.
