YRD XINGU Science & Technology Innovation Park：Multi-dimensional Ecological Sharing

The project is the gateway of the "Science Innovation Corridor" along Xihu Road in Wuxi.

The design of the whole park pays attention to the ecological function of landscape and the interaction of communication. The design extracts the facade elements of the building and uses the modern "broken line" geometric design language to organize the overall traffic in the park. Focus on shaping the central ecological "core hill" hillside landscape, creating a combination of thin shell dome and landscape environment landscape art, with the internal formation of the "cave" gray space, with practicality and interest, for people to present a more artistic interactive exchange place.

The site adopts an enclosed layout, connecting various functional blocks through the sunken square, central green space, air corridor and roof garden, creating a multi-level landscape space, providing more accessibility for the site, promoting the communication between enterprises and customers, and realizing multi-dimensional ecological sharing.

Taking advantage of the characteristics of site elevation difference and adapting measures to local conditions, a landmark concave city entrance square is created, which provides more and safer use scenarios for customers and the public, and reflects and strengthens the friendly and open public attributes of the park.

At the same time, it also integrates sponge city and various greening plants, perfectly combines "core hill" with rainwater garden, and builds the park into a sustainable "ecological garden", which makes it possible to regulate and store rainwater, improve the micro-environment and create a low-carbon and energy-saving park environment.

In addition, the official opening of the YRD XINGU Science & Technology Innovation Park has also attracted a number of international platforms and enterprises to settle in, giving full play to the advantages of the characteristic industrial base of the design and manufacturing of integrated circuits in the National Torch Wuxi Mountain, and to create a competitive and influential industrial landmark in the Yangtze River Delta at home and abroad. It has realised the harmonious unity of economic benefits, ecological benefits and cultural values.
