The project, located at the intersection of Chaozhou Avenue and Nandi Road, offers stunning views of the Han River. The design focuses on creating a luxurious and comfortable living space for a family of seven, utilizing the project's natural surroundings and high-end positioning. By blending classical European style with modern functionality, we have crafted an environment that exudes elegance and timeless beauty.



The design philosophy centers on providing a space that embodies both grace and grandeur. Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of the Han River, the design incorporates elements of classical European art and craftsmanship. Every piece of furniture and decoration is a meticulously crafted work of art, reflecting a deep respect for quality and detail. The materials chosen, such as the Venetian oil paintings and white magnolia stone, add an air of nobility and sophistication, while the intricate carvings and luxurious finishes offer a harmonious blend of history and modern convenience.



Key spaces like the elevator lobby, entrance hall, leisure area, and living room are carefully curated to provide both function and beauty. The elevator lobby is designed for privacy and convenience, featuring elegant materials like white magnolia stone and Saint Laurent marble thresholds. The entrance hall serves as a graceful transition between public and private spaces, with beautiful geometric ceiling details and exquisite lighting fixtures that enhance the overall grandeur.



The living areas—ranging from the reception space to the dining room and kitchen—emphasize symmetry, functionality, and warmth. Luxurious materials, such as gold leaf accents and light-colored cabinetry, create an inviting atmosphere while maintaining a refined aesthetic.
